FACTORYLAUNCH / PROCESS

Our process and website handover

Clarify materials, scope and responsibilities before design, build and launch.

01 / Materials and goals

Share product, company and existing-site materials. Agree target buyers, priority languages, content owners and missing information before design moves ahead.

02 / Scope and content

Agree pages, product volume, fields, deliverables and maintenance. Review representative product content and English terminology before expansion. Revisit timing and cost when scope changes.

03 / Design, build and review

Preserve useful brand assets and build desktop and mobile pages. Your technical owner confirms product and capability facts. Review navigation, language switching, forms, privacy information and search metadata together.

04 / Launch and handover

Check domains, HTTPS, pages and old-URL redirects. Test real submission and its storage destination. Hand over files, access and maintenance guidance, with clear ownership for updates and inquiry follow-up.

How timing is planned

Preparation, product volume, language review and integrations determine the schedule. Set milestones and feedback checkpoints before agreeing a launch date.

Practical questions

Can we start without English materials?

Yes. Start with Chinese catalogs, specifications and company information. We organize the structure and English wording; you confirm technical terms and product facts.

What if we have no professional factory photos?

Start with clear, real equipment, process and product photos. We can discuss a shot list and arrangements; photography costs and execution are agreed separately.

How long does a website take to launch?

It depends on pages, product volume, content readiness and review speed. Milestones are agreed after scoping, rather than promised before understanding the project.

Can we keep our logo and migrate old content?

Yes. Review rights, accuracy and existing URLs first. Preserve useful identity and content, and plan redirects for moved URLs.

What if we have many products?

Start with categories, fields and representative pages, then work in batches. Family pages and specification tables can reduce repetitive model pages.

What materials should we prepare?

Company information, products, specifications, real images, manufacturing and quality details, approved certificates, contact details and relevant site access. Never send passwords or confidential drawings through the public form.

Can we update the site ourselves?

Agree on maintenance before starting. A simple static site can be updated through content files; daily dashboard editing may require a separately scoped CMS and training.

Are Chinese, English and other languages supported?

Chinese and English can have independent pages. Other languages require translation review, terminology and maintenance planning. Unreviewed automatic translation is not a substitute for that process.

Can you help configure a domain and business email?

Configuration and handover can be discussed within the project. Confirm domain ownership, account permissions, provider costs and renewal responsibility first.

What do SEO and GEO foundations include?

Depending on scope: metadata, crawlable structure, language relationships, sitemaps, internal links and clear answers. Ongoing content operations, advertising and rankings are not automatic deliverables.

Does launching guarantee orders?

No. A website supports presentation and inquiries; outcomes also depend on products, buyer outreach, pricing and sales follow-up.

How does FactoryLaunch approach manufacturer websites?

We organize content around products, processes, quality and export communication before applying identity and website design. The aim is to make actual capabilities and working conditions understandable to overseas buyers.
